This basement in Rutledge had flooded due to a faulty valve on a garden tub in the master bath. After the leak was repaired new rock wool insulation was installed before we replaced the sheetrock ceiling.
New LVP flooring was installed, Baseboards were replaced and everything got a new coat of paint
